Helena joined the team at the Royal Chiropractic and Sports Clinic as a Registered Massage Therapist in August 2016. She grew up in Guelph and attended school at Redeemer University College in Hamilton and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education and Sociology. While traveling in Europe she decided to continue her education in Massage Therapy at Everest College and subsequently completed her accreditation as a Registered Massage Therapist in December 2015.
Helena has been trained in a number of different techniques for Massage including joint play, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, remedial exercise, and relaxation. She is also very involved in promoting healthy living and enjoys working alongside other practitioners to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
