Custom Made Orthotics

(Includes initial visit, delivery fees, biomechanical assessment, orthotics and pick up fees)

Additional Fees may be charged during treatment times for additional services included in treatment plan: Laser Treatment ($20), Personal Home Exercise Therapy Program ($25), Additional Acupuncture ($25-$60), Extra Modalities ($25).
